Rurally Located Program – Plattsburgh, NY
The UVMHN-CVPH Family Medicine Program is a community based, unopposed 6-6-6 program. We aim to train family physicians who wish to work in rural areas like our own. Our program was founded in 2016 with over a million dollars of community support. We are located on the shores of Lake Champlain just North of the Adirondack Mountains.
