Rural Track Program – Fort Morgan, CO
Morgan County RTT is a 1-2 program with the first year of training based at the University of Colorado Family Medicine Residency in Denver. The second and third years are in Fort Morgan, a town of approximately 12,000, 90 minutes from Denver. Continuity clinic is at Salud Family Health Center, an FQHC serving patients from a wide range of ethnic and socio-economic backgrounds. Faculty practice full spectrum family medicine including surgical obstetrics.
